Thank you for shopping at PawsomeHaven! We are dedicated to delivering your aesthetic pet accessories safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across the UK.

       Standard UK Shipping: FREE

       Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days after dispatch

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following destinations:

       USA: £3.99 — Estimated delivery: 8–16 business days after dispatch

       Canada: £4.99 — Estimated delivery: 11–21 business days after dispatch

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier operations, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays arise.

To offer a wider selection of products, some items are sourced and shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. Please note that international orders may therefore take longer to arrive than domestic UK orders.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check its status in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated in your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@pawsomehaven.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to courier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver packages to P.O. Boxes or military bases. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a look at our Return & Refund Policy to see how to claim a free replacement or full refund.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
